Meet Victoria Criniti

Bachelor of Psychology (Honours),
Master of Professional Psychology

Victoria is a psychologist with general registration through AHPRA and over five years of private practice experience. Her early career involved working with at-risk teenagers and supporting children in out-of-home care, which sparked her focus on attachment theory and impact throughout life. Now, Victoria is passionate about applying meaning of early life experiences to current adult challenges, emphasizing the rebuilding and strengthening of skills to benefit individuals in their current circumstances, such as self-esteem, relationship difficulties, mood struggles (anxiety and depression), and much more.

In her practice, Victoria uses attachment theory to understand her clients’ unique experiences and approaches like CBT, ACT, and DBT to tailor treatment to individual needs. She values strong therapeutic relationships, empowering individuals to understand their struggles and work towards their goals. Victoria focuses on working with school students (from Year 6+) and adults, providing a non-judgmental, inclusive space for clients from diverse backgrounds to feel an authentic connection.
